The Rational Approach:
I was always confused that a person did not accept the position of Chief Juduge but why he was imprisoned? Now reading this article, I understand that why Imam Abu Hanifah was put behind bar? He was educating the separation of power, the Judiciary, Legislative and Executive, a clear system of accountability on power. In other words considering that God is the law giver, who have had never a physical appearance, means that the real God was in fact the Ruler (Claiph). So the original Islam was a struggle between democracy and dictatorship. Nasim |
