Your argument in your article about Kashmir regarding to the class consciousness vs religious consciousness is true. "Justice Jackson of the USA Supreme Court said that, “Both Christendom and Islam are stirred with a new yearning and unrest. Today the anxious Countries of the West find in the Islamic World some of their most bold and uncompromising allies in resisting the drive for world supremacy by those whose Prophet is Marx. We have becoming more objective about history and more tolerant about religious difference. Trade with the Middle East adds the elements of expediency to other motives for study of its laws and institutions”. Foreword to the Law in the Middle East ed. Khadduri and Liebesny (1955). The present ongoing terrorism is in fact continuity of the same. Martin

The Rational Approach:
I was always confused that a person did not accept the position of Chief Juduge but why he was imprisoned? Now reading this article, I understand that why Imam Abu Hanifah was put behind bar? He was educating the separation of power, the Judiciary, Legislative and Executive, a clear system of accountability on power. In other words considering that God is the law giver, who have had never a physical appearance, means that the real God was in fact the Ruler (Claiph). So the original Islam was a struggle between democracy and dictatorship. Nasim
